He holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University, is a Fellow of the ACCA, and completed the ASEAN Senior Management Program at Harvard. He is the CFO of Malakoff Corporation.
Koji Makita has over 17 years of experience in commercial business development and asset management in the international power industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Robotics and is a Senior Director at Summit Global Power Ltd., a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation.
Rajendran Nagulusamy has nearly 40 years in technical and senior management roles in power and water plants, mainly in the Middle East and India. He holds a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Engineering and is a Senior Director at Summit Global Power Ltd.
James Morson is a Solicitor of England & Wales with an LLB and over 22 years in international energy law. He is the General Counsel at Summit Global Power Ltd., a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation.
Laurent Furedi has over 31 years of international experience, including 16 years with Engie. He holds a Master’s in New Technologies from the University of Aix-Marseille and is the Head of Asset Management for Engie in Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait, and Country Manager for Qatar.
Tomaz Henrique Guadagnin has around 20 years in hydropower, thermal generation, and desalination. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power Systems and is the Managing Director of Flexible Generation & Retail for AMEA, and Country Manager for GCC and Pakistan at Engie.
Parag Narsingkar has 20 years in project finance, M&A, and business development across renewable energy, desalination, and infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance. He is the Head of Acquisitions, Investment & Financial Advisory for the Middle East, Africa, and India at Engie.
Carlos Alcazar represents Sumitomo Corporation at Hidd Power Company (HPC). He became Executive Managing Director in May 2022, bringing over 25 years of power industry experience. Carlos has worked in merchant and contracted environments. Before HPC, he was Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa at Marubeni Power Asset Management in Abu Dhabi and General Manager of Generation for Alstom Power in Switzerland.

With over 18 years in the accounting and finance field, much of it related to the power industry, Rekha brings a wealth of experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and a professional degree in Cost Accounting, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight and strategic management.
